Getting Started With Our Mobile App
So your panels have been installed and you’re ready to start enjoying the benefits of clean solar energy!
At this point you may be wondering how to use or monitor your new system.
Your system comes equipped with the Enlighten App With the Enlighten App which allows you to review your production and consumption, as well as the imported and exported energy data in relation to the grid and your utility provider.
You can sort by a specific time, day, week or month to see how each individual panel and the entire system is reporting.
Through the MyEnlighten App, you can check your system’s current status at any time. If your system is reporting any error you will get an alert notification and our team at Sphere Solar Energy will too for quick troubleshooting.
Along with this, we will schedule an annual maintenance check every spring on your system during the first 10 years.
